We want your piece to fit perfectly and meet your exact expectations. If you feel the item size is not ideal, or if the physical piece does not perfectly align with your vision upon arrival, we are pleased to offer a complimentary exchange service.

Refund Policy
During the 3–6 business days allocated for our quality inspection process, you are free to request a refund at any time without any restrictions. Once the quality inspection is complete—at which point we will notify you via email that the item is cleared and entering the shipping phase—any subsequent refund requests will be subject to a deduction of 15% of the ordered product's value. However, if you do not request a refund prior to shipment, but upon receiving the goods discover quality defects or damage caused during transit, simply provide us with supporting photographs and contact our customer service team. We will issue a full refund for your order and, as a token of appreciation for your trust in us, also provide you with a high-value discount voucher for our brand store.
